Network merchants can cancel their subscription at any time from the merchant dashboard under Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the platform, including issuance and redemption features, until the current period ends. After cancellation, your account reverts to Closed Loop mode (free).
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, with the following exception: if you cancel within 7 days of your first-ever subscription payment and have not issued or redeemed any RynoCoins during that period, you may request a full refund by emailing info.rynowallet@gmail.com with your registered merchant email and the reason for cancellation.
Send an email to info.rynowallet@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address, the date of payment, the subscription plan, and the reason for your request. We will review and process eligible refunds within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Closed Loop mode is free and has no fees. There are no charges to refund for Closed Loop accounts.
RynoCoins are not redeemable for cash. They can only be used as discounts at participating merchants within the RynoWallet network. Expired or unused coins have no monetary value. When a merchant cancels their subscription, outstanding customer coin balances earned at that merchant remain valid for redemption at other network merchants until their 90-day expiry.
If you believe a monthly settlement payment is incorrect, contact info.rynowallet@gmail.com within 30 days of the settlement date with details of the discrepancy. We will investigate and resolve the dispute within 14 business days. If an error is found, the corrected amount will be included in the next settlement cycle.
If you want to reduce costs without losing loyalty data, consider downgrading to a lower tier (e.g., Standard to Basic) instead of cancelling. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your earning rules and customer data are preserved during downgrade.
