First Redemption

Customer returns.
Coins become a discount.

When a customer wants to redeem, they show their wallet QR or give their phone number. The merchant scans or searches, sees the balance, enters coins to redeem. Bill is reduced instantly. The customer pays only the net amount.

Example redemption
Bill amount₹520
RynoCoins redeemed−150 RC (₹150)
Customer pays₹370

Redeemed coins are settled with the issuing merchant monthly via the MIR mechanism - the merchant who issued the coins compensates the merchant who accepted them.

Settlement

How coins balance across merchants

In a coalition network, coins earned at Shop A can be redeemed at Shop B. Settlement ensures the math is fair: Shop A (who issued the coins, got paid, and earned the customer's trust) compensates Shop B (who accepted the coins and gave the discount).

MIR Rule

Minimum Issuance Ratio. Every merchant who accepts coins must also issue coins - at a minimum 1:3 ratio. This prevents free-riding and keeps the network balanced.

Monthly Cycle

Net coin flows are calculated monthly. Merchants who redeemed more than they issued settle the difference. Surplus merchants (issued more than redeemed) receive credits toward their subscription.

Your Dashboard

Every issuance and redemption is logged with a timestamp and amount. Full audit trail available in your merchant portal. Disputed transactions resolved within 24 hours.

Network Effects

Why the network gets stronger as it grows

This is RynoWallet's structural advantage over any single-store loyalty program. Every shop that joins makes coins more valuable — because there are more places to earn and redeem them.

Shop joins → Customers discover the network

Each new merchant brings their existing customer base into the coalition. A pharmacy with 200 regular patients just added 200 potential customers to every other shop in the area.

Coins earned at one → redeemed at another

Pharmacy customers with 50 RC saved walk into the grocery store to redeem. Grocery store gets a new face. Grocery store later joins. Its customers walk into the kirana. The flywheel turns.

More shops → coins worth more → more customers join

A customer with 100 RC has 12 places to redeem → strong motivation to keep earning. Same customer in a 3-shop network? Less motivation. Network density is the product.

Local shops form a de facto membership club

When 10–15 shops in a neighbourhood are all on RynoWallet, shopping locally becomes as sticky as an Amazon Prime subscription — without any single shop having to build or maintain the infrastructure.

1,240 shops live · 14 cities · ₹4.2 lakh in coins redeemed
The network is live and growing. Your area may already have participating shops.
