We are building the coalition loyalty infrastructure that Indian local commerce deserves.
India has over 12 million kirana stores and millions more small retailers. They employ over 40 million people and generate trillions of rupees in annual sales. Yet most of them have no customer retention tool beyond personal relationships and credit (khata).
Meanwhile, organised retail and e-commerce platforms spend billions on customer acquisition and loyalty programs that small shops simply cannot match. The result is an unfair competitive landscape where neighbourhood stores lose customers not because they offer inferior products or prices, but because they lack modern retention tools.
RynoWallet exists to fix this. We provide coalition loyalty infrastructure that is simple enough for any shopkeeper to use, affordable enough for the smallest kirana, and powerful enough to compete with the loyalty programs of major retail chains.
We observed that loyalty programs only work when customers earn fast enough to care. A single kirana store cannot generate enough rewards alone. But a street of 5 shops sharing a common coin? That changes everything. Customers earn quickly, engage frequently, and redeem enthusiastically. Every merchant benefits from the collective traffic.
This is the insight behind RynoWallet: coalition loyalty, built specifically for Indian local commerce. One standard coin (1 RynoCoin = 1 INR), shared across all participating shops, accepted everywhere in the network.
Every feature is designed for shopkeepers who have 10 seconds between customers. If a feature requires training, we remove it.
The MIR ensures every merchant contributes to and benefits from the network. No free-riders. No exploitation. Balanced growth.
Designed for low-bandwidth networks, basic smartphones, and shopkeepers who may not speak English. Simple, fast, and accessible.
